Privacy Policy

Beat Boss (“we”, “our”) is a product of Battle Bunker LLC. This policy describes what we collect, why, and how we handle your data.

What we collect

• Account info — your email, display name, and (optionally) age, gender, and goal event when you sign up in the mobile app.
• Workout data — the workouts you run in the app, including heart rate samples captured during sessions, duration, zone breakdowns, and notes.
• Heart rate device pairing — the type and identifier of any BLE or HealthKit-connected heart rate monitor you pair, stored locally and in your account.
• Email signups from this website — your email address, how you found us (UTM parameters), and a hashed IP address for deduplication.
• Diagnostics — crash reports and basic usage analytics to improve the app. No personal content is included.

What we don't collect

• Your location, other than broad country / region for analytics.
• Your contacts, photos, or any content outside the app.
• Data from other health apps you haven't explicitly authorized.

How we use data

We use your account data to run the app — for example, to show your workout history on your profile, to compute fitness metrics, and to pair your heart rate monitor. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. Heart rate data stays tied to your account and is visible only to you.

Service providers

We use Supabase (data storage), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (workout parsing AI), Resend (transactional email), Apple App Store, and Google Play Store. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You can export your data or delete your account at any time from the app's Profile screen. Email hello@beatboss.ai if you need help or want to exercise any right under GDPR / CCPA.

Children

Beat Boss is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
