By using Beat Boss (the “app”, the “service”), a product of Battle Bunker LLC, you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part, don't use the app.

Health disclaimer

Beat Boss is a fitness tool, not a medical device. We do not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing a training program, especially if you have a heart condition, are pregnant, or have any other health concern. Stop exercising immediately if you feel unwell. Your use of heart rate data is at your own risk.

Account

You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for any activity on your account. Don't share your account. Notify us at hello@beatboss.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

Don't use Beat Boss to:

Submit workout content that violates third-party IP or contains harassment.
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse our APIs.
Post content to public share pages that's unlawful, defamatory, or harmful.
Cheat the leaderboard once launched (faking heart rate data, fake sessions, etc.).

Your content

You own the workouts, notes, and content you create. By using the app's share features, you grant Beat Boss a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and share that content as part of the service.

Subscription (future)

Beat Boss is free to launch. Paid features (“Beat Boss Pro”) are planned — when they ship, pricing and cancellation terms will be disclosed before purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. No refunds for partial periods.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL BATTLE BUNKER LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Battle Bunker LLC is registered. Any dispute will be resolved in that state's courts.
